With Marco in the kitchen and Chiara in the dining room, we love sharing traditional recipes using the fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients from our farm. Any ingredients that we source from outside Pulicaro are carefully selected from local producers that we know personally.
Some of our favorite dishes to share include fresh pasta made with eggs from our farm, pesto from our garden, porchetta from our pastures, and gelato made from fresh goat milk. Our menu changes frequently, as we only serve what is in season.
